But whether you think millennials are lazy narcissists or the “best generation of workers we’ve ever seen,” it’s simply a fact that they are steadily becoming a larger and larger part of the workforce.
And that means that whether you like it or not, you’ll have to learn to manage them effectively. For one thing, you should know that millennial salespeople crave transparency, direct communication, and clear expectations. For another, remember that millennials are likely to explore new technologies on their own without waiting for a formal team-wide implementation.
